What skin types are NOÉ Skincare products suitable for?

We believe that every skin is unique and needs unique care. That’s why we’ve created products that can be applied to every skin, and then personalized to suit individual needs. We encourage you to explore what your skin needs to stay healthy and to develop your own skincare routine. NOÉ Skincare products are the perfect basis for it: They are dermatologically tested and non-irritating. No matter whether your skin is mature, young, oily, dry or sensitive – NOÉ skincare works for you.

Are NOÉ Skincare products natural/organic?

To us, looking after nature is as important as looking after your skin. Therefore, we want to make products that are not only effective and safe for your skin, but also good for nature. Today, that means our products are at least 98,6% plant-based and our serum is 100% plant-based. Our ingredients are organically certified, where available. Unfortunately, a few ingredients are still synthetic, yet gentle and low hazard. That’s because they are less irritating and more effective for your skin than many natural ingredients currently available. However, we’re constantly striving to make our products as natural as possible. You can find a complete list of all our ingredients on our website and/or packaging.

Why do you use synthetics in NOÉ Skincare products?

In our efforts to create high-quality skincare, we have realized that we need to use a few synthetic ingredients to guarantee that our products are effective and safe for your skin. Some natural ingredients would cause irritations, so we need to substitute them with synthetics. However, we’re only using gentle and low hazard ingredients and constantly looking for natural alternatives. It’s our goal to make our products as natural as possible.

Are NOÉ Skincare products non-comedogenic?

Our products are formulated to allow your skin to breathe. They contain only high-quality ingredients with a low tendency to clog your pores. This has been dermatologically tested with zero irritations or breakouts.

Are NOÉ Skincare products safe to use during pregnancy?

Yes, our products are safe to use for everyone. Even if you’re pregnant, you can wear NOÉ products without any concern. We don’t use any ingredients that could be harmful during your pregnancy. This includes essential oils, hydroquinone, BPA, formaldehyde, parabens, phthalates, diazolidinyl urea, sodium lauryl sulfate, chemical sunscreens, thioglycolic acid, retinoids and salyclic acid.

Are NOÉ Skincare products suitable for all ages?

Yes, NOÉ Skincare is suitable for all ages. Our products are gentle and safe for every skin, no matter how young or mature.

What is the shelf life of NOÉ Skincare products?

You should use up our products within 6 months after opening. Don’t worry if they look and smell different over time, that’s normal. It’s the result of a natural process that changes the scent and color of our plant-based ingredients.

Does NOÉ Skincare test on animals?

Our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We love our animal friends and will never test products on them. We only work with partners who uphold the same standard.

Are NOÉ Skincare products safe your health?

Yes, our products are safe and gentle. They do not cause any harm. What’s more, they are formulated to make your skin even healthier than before.


How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order anytime by logging in to your account. We’ll also send you notifications via email once your order has been confirmed, shipped and delivered.

Does NOÉ Skincare have discounts or promo codes that I can use for my order?

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact us at with your order number. It would be great if you could let us know on time, so we can prevent return and unnecessary carbon emissions.

Where does NOÉ Skincare deliver?

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free delivery on all orders above €30. For orders up to €30, the shipping cost is €4.

Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

You can change your delivery address by letting us know at We’ll do everything we can to make sure your order will be delivered at the new address.

Where's my package?

Once your package ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can use it to keep track of your package anytime. You’ve received a delivery confirmation, but your package is not at your address? Please check your nearest post office. The postman tries to deliver at your door maximum twice. If you’re not at home both times, (s)he brings your package to the nearest post office. You believe your package is missing? Please let us know at We’ll immediately investigate with our delivery partner and take all the necessary steps to find it. This will take about 2-3 business days. We can only replace your package once it’s been confirmed missing by our delivery partner.


What is your return policy?

You can request a return by sending an email to within 14 days after your purchase. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and our mailing information. Please note that we cannot accept returns of open packages because it violates our hygiene policy.

How will I be refunded?

After returning your unopened product, you can choose between money or product refund. If you choose money refund, we’ll reimburse the full amount of your purchase. If you opt for exchange with another NOÉ product, we’ll reimburse or charge the difference. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?

Usually it takes about 3-5 business days to process a return. You’ll receive your refund after the return has been processed.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

Please not that you need to pay the shipping costs of your return. We’re sorry, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
